Tom did a top quality job on my grandad's carpet after what he thought the stains that he had accumulated were sure to have caused permanent damage. Tom responded straight away and was totally understanding of my grandad's needs, which I was worried would be a inconvenience, come the day of the job he turned up early and worked tirelessly restoring the carpet to a near brand new state, my grandad was reassured and I've booked him to do my rugs, highly recommend.
